Juliette Marcello works with individuals ages 15+, addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, mood/bipolar disorders, psychosis, and ADHD. She has a special passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and those navigating transitional periods in life. By integrating medication management with elements of therapy, Juliette tailors her approach to meet each individual's unique needs. She understands that treatment is never 'one size fits all' and is committed to helping you find the best path to achieve your goals. Juliette is licensed in the state of Ohio and New York.

Erin Thompson began her career in Family Practice as an APRN and, after almost five years, discovered her passion for mental health. She became a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in 2020 and treats clients aged 5 and up. Erin believes in collaborative care, encouraging her patients to share their thoughts when deciding on a treatment plan. Her goal is to help you reach your desired outcomes as quickly as possible. She values open communication, ensuring that you feel comfortable expressing how you truly feel, which helps keep the treatment plan on track.

Anne Elise Pugliese, MSN, PMHNP-BC, discovered her passion for mental health during college, inspired by a psychology professor. After earning a degree in psychology, she transitioned from administrative roles to nursing, completing an accelerated program and gaining valuable experience as a psychiatric nurse in the state mental hospital, outpatient mental health, working with adults, children and adolescents. She is currently treating adults 18 years and older.
After earning her masters degree in psychiatric nursing, Anne went on to work in telepsychiatry across several states, treating a wide range of patients. In 2021, she founded Blue Lotus Telepsychiatry, which has grown to a team of three dedicated nurse practitioners. Anne and her team are committed to providing compassionate, holistic care, ensuring that every patient feels heard and valued.
