    She is committed to providing LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally responsive care in both English and Spanish, partnering with each patient to create a personalized path toward improved mental wellness.

Anne Elise Pugliese MSN, PMHNP-BC

President/CEO

Anne Elise Pugliese, MSN, PMHNP-BC, discovered her passion for mental health during college, inspired by a psychology professor. After earning a degree in psychology, she transitioned from administrative roles to nursing, completing an accelerated program and gaining valuable experience as a psychiatric nurse in the state mental hospital, outpatient mental health, working with adults, children and adolescents. She is currently treating adults 18 years and older.

After earning her masters degree in psychiatric nursing, Anne went on to work in telepsychiatry across several states, treating a wide range of patients. In 2021, she founded Blue Lotus Telepsychiatry, which has grown to a team of three dedicated nurse practitioners. Anne and her team are committed to providing compassionate, holistic care, ensuring that every patient feels heard and valued.
